Jiyang Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. is going to set up R&D Center in Shanghai in 2017.

        The R&D Center will focus on base oil specialties,  base oil  formulations  with  different  additive packages for small to mid-sized lube blenders, rubber process  oil, vehicle  lubricants.  industrial   oils, OEM oils and transformer oil applications, as one of key  marketing  arms  for  base  oil  and  lube  total solution.
